While we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size errors, we do ensure a fair and transparent refund process for damaged or incorrect items.

🎨 Custom-Made Products

All Voximia t-shirts are made just for you — we don’t keep inventory or resell returned items. Because of this print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is a production issue or damage during shipping.

✅ Refunds & Replacements – When They Apply

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design (not matching the order)

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

  • Change of mind after the item has been produced or shipped

🕒 Return & Refund Request Window

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue

After this timeframe, we may not be able to process your request due to production and shipping limitations.

🚚 Return Shipping

In most cases, we do not require you to ship the product back. If return shipping is necessary (e.g. for inspection), we’ll provide instructions and, in most cases, a return label.

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
